About Tilden Practice

A sunlit reading room where slow practice meets dependable help.

We are a small, independent practice. We believe good information should be easy to find and easy to trust, and that inner work goes further when the practical side is handled too.

A reassuring, accessible everyday-help setting

Why we exist

Substance over decoration

Tilden Practice began on a simple belief: good guidance should be calm, clear-headed, and reassuring, never clinical or trendy. We started by writing the kind of self-awareness material we wished existed, then kept going.

Along the way we kept meeting people stuck on the practical side, the access, the forms, the disability card. So we made that part of the work too. Mindful inner work on one hand, dependable everyday help on the other.

Only about 10 to 15 percent of people are truly self-aware. That gap is the whole reason we practise, and the reason we keep our guides honest and current.

What we stand by

Four things we will not bend on

Accuracy

We get the facts right and cite where it matters.

Clarity

Plain language, answer first, no padding.

Independence

Reader-first, never hype-first.

Usefulness

If it does not help you, we do not publish it.

The people

A small team that answers

Few of us, on purpose. You will recognise the names, and a real person reads every message.

Della Vargo

Lead practitioner

Twelve years guiding self-awareness and mindfulness work, with a soft spot for journaling that actually fits a real week.

Hollis Tran

Accessibility lead

Knows the disability card process inside out and keeps every guide accurate, current, and genuinely usable.

Wren Abadi

Reader care

Reads every message that comes in and replies like a person, because a question deserves more than a form letter.

Come and start something quiet.

Tell us a little about where you are. We will take it from there.
